The Federal Government has opened applications for its Credit for Laptops, Internet, Connectivity and Knowledge Digital Devices (C.L.I.C.K.D.) Programme.
Through this FG loan to buy phone and laptop, eligible Nigerians can get smartphones, laptops, and tablets on consumer credit.
The Nigerian Consumer Credit Corporation (CREDICORP) runs the scheme. It works with the Federal Ministry of Communications, Innovation and Digital Economy. The goal is clear. The government wants to boost digital access and promote locally assembled devices.

- Business owner
- Student
- Job seeker
- National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) member

Income ranges start from below N100,000 and exceed N1 million.
3. Participation in an Eligible Digital Skills Programme
Importantly, the current phase targets participants in the Federal Government’s Three Million Technical Talent (3MTT) programme.
