Representing Anambra State, Basil shone brightly among 22 contestants to win the crown in a night that blended Nigeria’s cultural heritage with modern fashion. The event showcased vibrant traditional attire, stylish evening wear, and captivating performances, making it one of the most memorable editions of the pageant.
The competition was narrowed down to 10 semi-finalists, with Basil eventually standing out for her elegance, intelligence, and confidence. She topped a strong lineup that included Damilola Bolarinde of Lagos State, who finished as first runner-up, Fortune Kurobo of Bayelsa State, named second runner-up, and Irene Ikediashi of Ogun State, who placed third runner-up.
